Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. Because Okeugo Fitness sells digital products and personalized coaching services, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the personalized time involved in coaching, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete. Please make sure a product or package is right for you before checking out — and reach out with any questions first.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks)

Ebooks and other digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed. For this reason, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you run into a technical problem downloading or opening your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right — including re-sending your download link or resolving the issue so you receive what you paid for.

2. Coaching Packages

Coaching packages reserve our time and begin with personalized planning, so coaching purchases are also final and non-refundable. We're committed to your results and will work with you throughout your package. If you have concerns about your coaching experience, please reach out — we'd much rather hear from you and help than leave any issue unresolved.

3. Booking Fees

Small fees used to reserve an appointment slot are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled session at our discretion. If you need to reschedule, please give us reasonable notice.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details. Any charge on your statement is handled through Stripe's secure systems. If you believe you were charged in error, see the section below.

Charged in error or double-charged? While all completed sales are final, we will of course correct genuine billing mistakes — such as a duplicate charge or an amount that doesn't match what you purchased. Contact us right away and we'll investigate and resolve it fairly.

5. How to Contact Us About a Charge

For any billing question or a charge you believe was made in error, email info@okeugofitness.com with your name, the email used at purchase, and the order or product in question. We aim to respond within a few business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the revision.
