- Intake & coaching information: details you submit through the client intake form, such as your goals, activity level, health background, and preferences, so we can coach you effectively.
- Booking details: the dates and times you schedule.
- Purchase information: what you buy. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not see or store your full card number.
- Communications: messages you send us through the portal chat, email, or forms.

- To provide and personalize coaching and deliver the products you purchase.
- To create and manage your account and client portal.
- To process payments and send order confirmations and download links.
- To communicate with you about bookings, coaching, and support.

Your health information matters. The fitness and health details you share in your intake are used only to coach you. We treat them as confidential and do not share them for marketing or sell them to third parties.
